Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of encouraging crime after an internet forum revealed the details of 65,000 stolen credit card numbers.

The forum also contained tutorials on how to commit online theft.
The suspects, aged 17 and 18, were targeted as part of a wider investigation into what is believed to be the largest international English-speaking online cyber criminal forum.
During the eight-month study detectives from the Metropolitan Police uncovered advice on how to commit a host of cyber crimes.
The forum contained information on how steal passwords and PIN numbers and how to create malicious computer programs, known as malware.
Discussion threads also offered tutorials on how to irritate and evade the law and how to 'phish' for information online and on computers.
Police believe forum members trade in compromised databases containing thousands of personal details.
The estimated industry loss per compromised card is £120 - meaning the 65,000 cards stolen could have caused a potential £7.9m loss in relation to card numbers alone.
Detective Chief Inspector Terry Wilson of the Metropolitan Police Service said: "Today's arrests are an example of our increasing effort to combat online criminality and reduce national harm to the UK economy and public."
The teenagers were arrested by appointment at a central London police station.
They are suspected of encouraging or assisting crime, unauthorised access under the Misuse of Computer Act and conspiracy to commit fraud.
Both suspects remain in custody.
